Use Smithing to decide which action to train and what to gather first. The Adamant 2H Sword recipe requires level 68. Each base action grants 180 XP, takes 2 seconds and consumes 3 × Adamantite Bar.

At 605,033 XP, a level-99 target needs XP strictly above 13,034,431. With a constant award of 180 XP, 69,053 actions cross that threshold; 69,052 do not. That uses 207,159 bars and takes about 38.36 hours at the base interval.

This is a base-rate comparison with the bars already available. Equipment, Mastery, preservation and changing bonuses can alter the actual time or materials. Compare actions under the same assumptions; a rounded XP boundary alone does not establish the target level.
