Count materials for a crafting target
For 10 × Adamant 2H Sword, the Adamant 2H Sword recipe needs 10 base actions and 30 × Adamantite Bar. Check the banked bars before gathering more: the useful question is which ingredient limits the target.
The Adamantite Bar recipe produces one bar from 1 × Adamantite Ore and 6 × Coal Ore. Making all 30 bars therefore needs 30 ore and 180 coal. These are base costs before preservation or extra products; subtract existing stock separately.
Smelting also grants 42 base Smithing XP per bar. If you make the bars first, include that XP in your new starting total before planning the swords. The linked XP example instead starts at 605,033 XP with the bars already available and targets level 99.
