When you need a stock of an item rather than a level, set the XP planner's target to Quantity. For an action with a fixed yield it works out how many actions make that many items, the XP they give, the time at the base interval and the materials they use. Actions whose output varies, such as Fishing or Cooking, plan by level only.
Worked example: the Runecrafting Pouch recipe in Crafting, from level 35. Each action uses 1 Basic Bag and 1 Rune Essence, gives 84 Skill XP, takes 3 seconds and makes 25 Runecrafting Pouch.
For 1,010 pouches the planner counts 41 actions, because 40 would make only 1,000. Those 41 actions make 1,025 pouches, give 3,444 Skill XP, take 2.05 minutes and use 41 of each material. With 30,000 current Crafting XP the plan ends at level 38; below the level 35 requirement the planner shows that requirement instead of a plan.
